Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. Based in Macon, Georgia, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will include managing customer data, addressing inquiries, and ensuring efficient processing of applications. Responsibilities: • Handle data entry tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy in records • Use your 10 Key Skills to process customer credit applications swiftly and accurately • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly • Use SAP to monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and track customer data • Maintain detail-oriented email correspondence with customers to address and resolve their concerns • Systematically organize files to ensure easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping.
