Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry. Based in Randolph, New Jersey, this role focuses on accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of customer data. • Utilize Microsoft Excel in data entry tasks. • Maintain and organize files for easy access and retrieval. • Engage in email correspondence to address customer inquiries. • Use of various systems to input and manage data. • Scan documents as needed and ensure they are properly stored. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Ensure typing tasks are performed with speed and accuracy. • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all tasks.
