Job Schedule: Training hours will be 8-5 with an hour for lunch. Five days a week in office
Training: Training will continue throughout employment. The certification process for Prep Forms will be 8 weeks.
Location: Dallas TX 75240
Duration of assignment: 6-month assignment must be able to get certified for doing the main part of the job to stay on board and be considered for a Permanent position.
Job Title- Data Entry 1- Risk Engineering Services Associate
Job Summary:
The main function of a Risk Engineering Services Associate - Data Entry 1 is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research handling information requests and performing accurate information documentation and personal project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as internet research for specific information updating record management systems and performing basic data entry with high quality results.
- Prepare invoices reports memos letters financial statements and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents records and report in various proprietary systems.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- multi-tasking customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Excellent computer skills are a must experience with applications such as Microsoft Word Excel and OneNote is preferred.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years experience required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
