Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an adept Data Entry Clerk in the industry located in Midland, Texas. This role will be performed entirely on-site and involves maintaining and managing customer records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Ensuring accurate data entry and management of customer records • Making use of software such as Peachtree Sage and Open Invoice for data entry tasks • Handling customer inquiries effectively and promptly • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping • Performing calculations as necessary to maintain accurate records • Scanning and digitizing physical documents for easy access and organization • Utilizing 10 Key skills for rapid and accurate data entry • Regularly monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary • Typing and inputting data in an efficient and organized manner.
