Job Description:

Responsibilities

Assist with key entry of shipment information

Upload shipment and information records to UPS mainframe

Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry

Support administrative duties

Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

Possess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate

Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

Team player; able to work independently with minimum supervision

Computer literate; typing speed of 40wpm

Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month

Willing to work shifts: 4pm to 8pm, 6pm to 10pm, and 7pm to 11pm

Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays.

Work location will alternate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
