SUMMARY

The Data Entry Clerk will provide data entry and administrative support as required for the Supervisor department.  

JOB DUTIES

Organize and enter safety metrics into the data management system Enter and maintain accurate information in a timely fashion Track missing or incomplete information Maintain current filing system Provide administrative support to other departments as required Various other duties as requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction Industry Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Typing speed Typing accuracy Communication Skills Time management Attention to detail Ability to research and collect data Understanding of basic software Self-motivation High level of concentration Organizational skills Ability to multitask Discretion Critical thinking Summarization skills Works well with others
