Job Description
As a Data Entry Indexer, you will be responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using a keyboard or scanner. This role involves typing data from hard copy documents to be converted to electronic documents, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and updating existing data. You will also retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, and sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.

Located in Suite 140, Houston, TX, this position adheres to a business casual dress code. The work environment involves using various office equipment and maintaining a high level of organization and quality control. Available shifts include: 2nd Shift from Monday to Friday, 12pm-8pm to start and will later move to a 3pm-11pm shift. Candidates must be open to both of these times for 2nd shift. 3rd Shift from Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am. The first 2 weeks of training for this shift will be from 8:30am-4:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.05/hr.
