Job Description
This is a unique role that involves direct communication with customers via telephone or email to provide information and assistance related to energy and rebates. The Data Entry Processor will work closely with the engineering team and account management team to ensure accurate rebate processing and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via telephone or email to provide information and assistance related to energy and rebates.Make phone calls for missing information or clarification.Work with the engineering team and account management team.Process and upload rebate applications.Maintain electronic and physical copies of documents for organized recordkeeping and storage.Enter data into client systems or tracking sheets.Assist the product manager with light administrative duties, such as sending enrollment packets and conducting research.Track and manage customer projects in the pipeline.Provide phone and email support for program delivery and campaigns.Essential SkillsStrong data entry skills.Strong research skills.Attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.Excellent attendance and tenure in previous positions.Additional Skills & QualificationsHard-working and go-getter mentality.Flexibility and adaptability.Work Environment
The role operates Monday through Friday during the first shift. The first 3 months will be onsite as it typically takes this amount of time to learn the program. There may be an opportunity to work remotely after the first 3 months if the performance is satisfactory.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
