Job Posting Summary: Seeking a Data Entry Specialist proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft AX to support sales operations and ensure data accuracy.

Job Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a data entry role or related industry High typing speed and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in data auditing and analysis Proficiency in navigating and entering data into multiple software systems

Job Responsibilities:

Manage data entry and database operations for the inside sales group Audit completed sales orders for accuracy before submission Enter data into Material Requirements Planning software and Customer Relationship Management software Support order process by gathering product and engineering information from internal databases Address and resolve issues with incomplete or missing order information Provide customer service for orders and related inquiries via email and phone Update and maintain order status regularly and maintain purchase order files Generate monthly reports and new customer letters Assist the Inside Sales group with ongoing projects

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
