Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with processing invoices for chart chase projects. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with processing invoices for chart chase projects.Perform data entry of invoices.Track progress of invoice payments.Reconcile payments to invoices.Verify receipt of medical records listed on the invoices.Conduct outreach for delayed payments to verify receipt of records.Essential SkillsProficiency in Excel.Experience in accounting data entry.Attention to detail.Good computer skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.High School Diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong internet connection for remote work.Work Environment

This position will be fully remote. Candidates must have a strong internet connection. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
