Job Description
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering information from digital documents such as medical records, financial statements, and other personal information into Excel and other internal systems. This role involves heavy use of a 10-key number pad.
ResponsibilitiesProvide document classification validation of automatically classified documents.Validate automatically extracted data from digital documents.Ensure the accuracy of automatically applied redactions on digital documents.Manually index meta-data from digital documents.Perform quality control of documents converted to digital format.Validate data from incoming checks.Reconcile check batch totals.Distribute check amounts to accounts as required by customers.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Excellent typing skills.Basic computer skills.Experience with scanning documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust take and pass a 10 Key Typing Test and Typing Test.At least 1 year of data entry experience.Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and production standards.Ability to meet deadlines by working quickly and steadily while ensuring error-free work.Work Environment
The position is for the 3rd shift, working from 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday (starting Sunday night and finishing Friday morning). The work environment is similar to a large warehouse-style building. Timekeeping is managed through a VMS system.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70
