Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Job Description Our client in Round Rock is looking to hire a temporary admin to join the team and assist in moving their office. This role will be short-term and is critical for their business. Responsibilities + Assist with logging off computers, unplugging, packing them up + Re-setting up computers in the new office + Ensure all computers are up to speed and logged back online Essential Skills + Data entry + Clerical skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Facilities management + Computer skills + Ability to troubleshoot computer systems + 2+ years of experience in Excel + Order entry + Inventory management + Administrative support Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in manufacturing companies + Experience dealing with SKUs + Experience in IT preferred (network, servers, server rooms, networking experience) Work Environment The office space is 95,000 sq ft, with 65,000 sq ft currently in use. The move will take place at the end of March, start of April. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
