Data Fulfillment Associate

The Data Fulfillment Associate transitions between data entry and verification tasks using standard processes. 

Proficient in adapting to new tasks and providing insights to leadership. Responsibilities include performing clerical and manual work, validating data, and researching and analyzing metrics. Perform document review and audits, solve problems, and process escalated tasks.

Responsible for the management of ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts. Response for programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.

What you'll do

Perform various fulfillment activities including but not limited to keying tasks, auditing received documents, etc.

Use insights into how various workgroups integrate to coordinate efforts and ideas to achieve shared and individual objectives.

Find ways to improve work groups performance through lean insights and application of best practices.

Provide timely and professional communication to supervisors and management to effectively support team and company goals.

Make operational decisions based on insights gained through experience regarding accepted ways of accomplishing work that are not necessarily documented formally.

Create Standard Operating Procedures to catalog workflow improvements and training material.

Collaborate with a variety of diverse working styles and act as an informal resource to less experienced colleagues.

Use experience to identify improved ways for workgroups to meet customer’s needs, providing insights and recommendations to supervisors and management.

Leverage subject matter expertise to communicate to internal clients through in person, phone, and written communication methods.

Demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks appropriately based on experience/knowledge of customers and their typical urgency on requests.

Proactively seeks new assignments to enhance skill set and knowledge base.

Complete Yellow Belt training and support process improvement projects.

Drive culture and act as a role model for teammates.

What experience you need

Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

2+ years of experience in a high volume processing center.

Customer service experience

Experience with Google Suite preferred.
