We have established the Adobe.pub team to act as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing team. Adobe.pub sits within the Zenith Global team and benefits from the opportunity, infrastructure and culture of one of the best international agencies in London. The EMEA team, which has 70 members spread across London and India, covers all EMEA activity, from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe's digital engagement. **OPPORTUNITY** This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's finest global technology firms in a team dedicated to delivering the greatest digital marketing in the world. This person should exude confidence and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of other members of the team in London and India. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to ‘hit the ground running’, and for the most part be able to manage their team autonomously. **Responsibilities** Our objective is to support Adobe in managing, operating and scaling campaign data available to them through campaign activations across paid and owned channels. The role focuses on the following core areas: + Develop, engineer, document, and implement an effective data governance framework, including workflows, processes, standards, and procedures for managing and ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the lifecycle of data. + Create and validate data mapping and business rules to meet KPI metric requirements across multiple data sources. + Ability to audit multiple data sources, calculations, and processes to get to the root cause of data discrepancies. + Data Quality compliance by monitoring and evaluating data quality across multiple systems and sources, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance accuracy, availability, and reliability of data. Ability to work with global and regional teams to ensure they are compliant with taxonomy standards, data standards, and data processes. + Lead collaborative conversations between business stakeholders and technology stakeholders in defining and implementing data management initiatives. Ability to train multiple stakeholder groups on data strategies, processes, procedures, and tools. Ability to facilitate productive conversations to help teams find solutions to data challenges. + Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, earn stakeholder trust and buy in. Ability to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into action through impeccable communication skills. Understand and be able to communicate data risk, identify mitigation strategies, and escalate to appropriate stakeholders. + The candidate will primarily provide support with managing the data governance network built for Adobe, knowledge transfer, training, and leadership with the wider digital data/tech and buying teams ensuring Publicis Media data quality is of the highest level. + Document, Develop, implement, and manage consistent taxonomy and naming convention throughout the lifecycle of data. + Work with internal teams and client to develop and iterate Data Governance processes and products to guarantee the highest data quality. + Point of contact for regional clients, local and global internal media teams in case of emergency and escalation when related to data governance. + Work with multiple stakeholders to help improve data governance processes, documentation, data quality, and maintain compliance against a defined taxonomy. + Oversee Data Governance associates in managing taxonomy within multiple platforms. + Contribute to the evolution of Adobe measurement framework to ensure all relevant metrics are captured correctly. + Ensure data collection is aligned with client measurement framework and is captured accurately. + Work closely with our dashboard development teams by providing data business rules, standards, and requirements for the development of new views when required and optimisation of existing views to increase usage and user satisfaction. + Help showcase the benefits of a standardised approach to data governance and help drive better adoption of automated dashboards **Qualifications** + Provide leadership and be a subject-matter expert on data governance standards across Media and First Party Data. + Critical thinking to understand business challenges and help address as needed. + Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and multi-task as needed. + Strong skills in process, project management and support in training. Will be expected to complete daily work while supporting regional and global teams in their work. + Experience with MS Excel such as pivot tables, formula functions and macros. + Experience managing/ working with a project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheets, project plans, Microsoft Project. + Experience with data visualization tool(s), automation, and data workflows. + Familiarity with various digital media technologies such as ad server, Campaign Frameworks, + Highly polished, accurate and on point - very meticulous, independent, strong critical thinker and ability to juggle multiple tasks/requests/emails. + Successful in building relationships – a creative problem solver, a customer service expert and a team player. + An exceptional communicator - able to write clearly and speak professionally. + Confident in making decisions and directly communicating with media teams and clients, while having the ability to manage up when unsure of how to respond. **Additional information** **Zenith International** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
