The Role
We're looking for a skilled Data Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our internal team. As part of this role, you'll design, build, and maintain the scalable, efficient, and secure data infrastructure that underpins our business operations. You will play a key role in ensuring data flows seamlessly across systems, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional results with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
* Maintain and optimize our data platforms for performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into robust infrastructure solutions.
* Ensure the security and compliance of data systems in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
* Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative solutions to the table.

Who You Are

* You have 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining data infrastructure.
* Proficient in tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Kafka, or equivalent.
* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
* A deep understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and distributed systems.
* You're a problem solver with a knack for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
* Collaborative by nature, you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English. (Swedish is a bonus but not required!)
