Provide leadership to others as assigned through mentoring, development of specifications and work plans. Provide Technical Specialty and Leadership + In area of technical specialty, install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot and support. Services and solutions are efficient and customer friendly. Continuous Improvement + Improve existing processes, capabilities, and cost savings at all times as directed by the supervisor. Suggest ideas for improving the quality of process and data. + Willingness to self-upgrade Integration skills within HYMH’s middleware platform changes. Incident Management, Root Cause & Strategy Development + Provide timely assistance to supervisor in resolving issues during crisis situations. Suggest forward looking, innovative and productivity enhancing ideas for review and possible implementation.
