JR64319 Data Integration Engineer

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

The Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) group drive Micron with packaging solutions for HBM product. As a data integration engineer in APTD will be accountable for the following

Work cross-functionally with PIE, PE, MRDA, IT, Smart Manufacturing, Process Control, Equipment team to develop integrated solution to accelerate product development.AI transformation for APTD, enabling innovative solutions for technology acceleration through analysis and modeling.Extract, monitor, analyze inline data, test data and tools data to improve yield, throughput, performance, reliability, process margin and reduce costs.Summarize complex problems, derive, explain data-driven actions taken to address them and drive team to execute with defined sub milestone.Develop the prototype solution to evaluate the proposed solution benefits, includes automate ETL and analytic jobs, as well as visualization reports.

Experience With Or Desire To Learn:

M.S. Degree or higher in Mechanical, Physics, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science or related engineering fieldGood data extraction, analysis, problem solving, reporting and presentation skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve issues and address root cause.Database experience (Oracle, MSSQL, Snowflake, etc.) with schema design, query writing, database optimization.Experienced in Cloud based solutions using GCP/AWS/AZURE.Experience with appropriate data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).Experience in machine learning areas: supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning.Programming language capability on Python, C#, Matlab, and/or R on Linux/Windows platforms.Working knowledge in applying Finite Element Modeling (FEM); and familiarity with software tools such as ANSYS (APDL & Workbench) is a bonus.Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a multi-national and multi-functional.Strong interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships. Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on developing good team dynamics.Knowledge in Semiconductor Device Physics, Fabrication, Assembly and Test is a bonus.
