We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Systems Integration Specialist to support our WFM data integration infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data flow between systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have an expertise in data integrations, system monitoring, and WFM platforms.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining system accuracy, resolving integration issues, and developing solutions that support our WFM ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience with system integration troubleshooting, and the technical aptitude to recommend and implement automation improvements.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and maintain data integrations while identifying opportunities for new integration solutions
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for data integration issues, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution
- Develop Business Requirements Documents and propose automation improvements to optimize data integration processes
- Monitor and ensure data integrity and real-time synchronization across all WFM systems
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions and enhancements to prevent recurrence
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration policies, procedures, and best practices
- Drive requirements gathering sessions and conduct user acceptance testing across multiple business units
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve complex technical challenges
- Participate in on-call support rotation to ensure continuous system availability
- Occasional business travel and travel to other company facilities will be required.
