Data Integrity Analyst

Reporting to:Manager, Production Operations
Join the Operations team in Belgium, a group of data-driven experts dedicated to supporting the Healthcare sector. We partner with internal Commercial and Development functions to drive the efficient creation of timely and high-quality information assets to our clients. We are subject matter experts applying specialist knowledge to provide insight into the utilisation of information assets and shaping future offerings through innovation. This role is for a two-year fixed contract.
Position purpose:
Drive the strategic workflow activities daily, providing support and expertise in the production of IQVIA Belgium and Luxembourg data assetsCoordinate offshore teams to deliver high quality outputs on timeSupport and drive Belgium based projects by implementing positive change to support business initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for the production processes and for the resolution of critical incidents and client queries on various data assetsInvestigate challenges, analyse complex business problems and make recommendations to improve on procedures whilst applying best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve data quality that lead to improved customer satisfactionThink creatively to generate new solutions and make improvements to current processes that deliver value to our customersResponsibilities:
Develop an expertise in relevant IQVIA Belgium and Luxembourg data assets and processesCoordinate with various offshore groups in case of any issues with data and arrive at quick resolutionsSupport all Production functions where need arises to ensure on time delivery to clientsAct as escalation point between offshore teams and internal commercial stakeholders regarding the status of data assets, changes and issuesLead complex pieces of data analysis and operational processes to answer business questionsSupport the wider organisation by providing pertinent information to allow investigation of data queries from internal and external clientsCoordinate with technical teams on enhancements or new projects to create user stories for business requirements using Jira, creating test plans and executing UAT*Contribute to team effort through communication, cooperation and coordination across IQVIAKnowledge and Experience:
Three years minimum experience in relevant fieldHighly numerate with an unconditional love for data, numbers and analyticsStrong data knowledge and analysis skillsExcellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple activities with changing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interpret and present complex conceptsStrong SQL skills are a mustKnowledge of Microsoft Azure Databricks and Microsoft SQL Server is a plusKnowledge of Python/R is a plusExperience using a reporting tool, such as Power BI or MicrostrategyExperience with issue managementDesired (but not essential) some awareness of agile methodologies, big data and associated toolsDesired (but not essential) some Pharmaceutical industry knowledgeEnglish; French/Dutch languages spoken (a plus)IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
