Summary
Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data elements across the organization's supply chain information systems. This position involves the meticulous management of master data, encompassing the addition, maintenance, and updating of data elements in accordance with established data governance standards and policies. Responsible for continuous monitoring of data quality, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of data integrity within the organization.

Job DutiesEnforces and adheres to data governance standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality master data when adding master data elements into supply chain systems / applications. Leverages data governance protocols, including data dictionaries, data standards, and data quality guidelines to maintain master data. Develops, documents, and maintains standard work documents to ensure consistent application of master data elements throughout all Supply Chain Information Systems. Oversees the creation, updating, and deletion of master data elements within the supply chain service system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Works closely with stakeholders to define, document, and implement master data requirements and standards. Ensures master data elements are consistently and accurately maintained across all relevant systems. Conducts regular data quality assessments, validation checks, and audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies. Develops and implement data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment processes to improve overall data quality. Establishes and tracks data quality metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders to meet key service level metrics to both internal and external customers. Collaborates with supply chain services leadership, data stewards, IT teams, and business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with data governance standards. Provides training, support, and guidance to end-users on data governance policies, procedures, and tools. Acts as a liaison between business units, IT and third-party vendors to address and resolve data-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED 5 years ERP experience i.e., Workday, Contract Management or Warehouse Management Systems or similiar applications and 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management role or related position and 5 years experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes. Skilled in meeting expectations and requirements of customers with a focus on service excellence in Healthcare or a Supply Chain setting. Knowledge in ERP (Procure to Pay preferred), e-Procurement and sourcing systems/tools. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to develop learning plans to effectively engage employees. Proficient personal computing skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Effective communicating skills (verbal and written) with a wide range of customers and team members. Ability to develop, initiate, and manage resources with tactical processing capabilities.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Business.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
