Data ITSM Analyst Intern - IT Services

P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes.  IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures,  The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors.

The Data team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern for the summer 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data analysis and reporting using a combination of ServiceNow, UC4 and Snowflake
• Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data requirements
• Help support teams prioritize work focus based on data findings
• Document workflow processes and project progress
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data improvements and opportunities for change

Qualifications:

• Background in data analytics or a related field
• Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Keen interest in learning and developing soft skills, such as presenting, collaborating, and documenting work
• Open to change and excited about improvement opportunities

Education:

Pursuing a degree in Data / Analytics / Business / IT / Computer Science
