As a Data Labeler, you will help label training data to feed machine learning algorithms. Specifically, you will be responsible for analyzing, curating, and categorizing large amounts of data.

Required

Experience: No prior experience requiredComfortable reviewing, analyzing, and tagging hundreds to thousands of data points per dayDetail-oriented and patientBased in the US and authorized to work in the USTechnically inclined, exposure or experience using technical systemsProactive communicatorStrong ability to focus for long periods of time to ensure accuracyBasic familiarity on products and services offered by banks and credit unionsAbility to follow and interpret instructions and procedures to accomplish assignmentsAbility to detect errors and initiate or arrange corrective action; follows through with cognizant parties to ensure resolutionClear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analysis skillsData gathering and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite: Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation softwareExperience with Webex or similar communication platform (i.e. Microsoft Teams)Familiar with using web-based applicationsAn interest in machine learning or software engineeringFamiliarity with Contact CentersExperience that demonstrates knowledge, understanding, and application of operational support skills, methods, and procedures, preferably in a financial institution
