Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting Microsoft Information Production/Azure Information Protection and Unified labeling within our Microsoft GCCH tenant. You will a subject matter expert for all things labeling for the Compliance team.
What You Will Do:
Use PowerShell scripts to troubleshoot issues pertaining to AIP/Unified LabelingWork with internal QA team/tool to ensure testing accurately measure the capabilities of products and services leveraging AIP, Microsoft DLP, and O365 governance servicesAttend vendor meetings to support AIP/Unified Labeling and the services and products that utilize itTroubleshoot Unified Labeling clients, and tools leveraging Unified LabelingTrack short and long term issues related to AIP/Unified Labeling and related governance servicesL2/L3/L4 incident support and leadership incident support associated with compliance labeling and O365 governanceUpdate knowledge base articles and other documentation regarding UL best practices, and RTX proprietary tools created to leverage Unified LabelingQualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience1-3 years of hands on experience with MIP/AIP/UL troubleshooting in an Enterprise Level environment1-3 years experience with Windows PowerShell scripting, Office 365 in a GCCH cloud, Service Now, Incident Resolution and SLA managementU.S. Citizen RequiredLocation: HYBRID TX or CTQualifications We Prefer:

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
