Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Data Lead Oracle ERP Data Governance to join a SLED end client. You will be a part of a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premises Oracle E-Business Financials, Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management system to the latest SaaS -based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of a business and technology transformation. As a Data Lead Oracle ERP Data Governance, you will be responsible for the orchestration of migrating On-Premise Oracle E-Business and Oracle Peoplesoft data to Oracle Fusion Cloud and Business Intelligence Analytical Reporting to meet business requirements. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is hybrid 2-3 days onsite at the end client HQ in Chicago, IL.

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading ERP Data Migrations
- 5+ years experience managing and leading Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration workstreams (On-premise Oracle E-Business and Oracle Peoplesoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud)
- At least 2 recent end-to-end full life cycle experience as an Oracle Fusion data migration lead (i.e. Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, Projects, Grants & Assets, and Procurement Cloud services)
- Experience utilizing Oracle and/or similar ETL tools and technologies to support large scale ERP data migration efforts
- Oracle ERP Cloud Certification - Previous experience implementing an ERP for a SLED client (state, local, or education) null
