We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Leader - IT Sec Analyst

In this role, you will:

Demonstrated project and task management skills and ability to track and report progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables.Excellent investigative skills, insatiable curiosity, and an innate drive to win.Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, analytic and quality assurance techniques.Self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation. Experience in maintaining various metrics and SLAs. Banking experience is preferred.Experience defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection and laws.An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as part of a distributed team with effective communication and collaboration skills.
