This role includes responsibility for a segment of the Huron Business Intelligence and Data Solutions team. This role is responsibilities include:
Sales
Support Energy and Utility related sales cycles including the design and estimate of the solution, writing of content, and participation in client meetings Serve as a senior advisorDevelop market relevant offerings and solutionsDelivery
Serve as the project lead and subject matter expert for Strategy, Data Management, and Analytics projects. This includes the customization of Huron's standard methodology to each situation, the development of the plan, and the creation of the deliverablesOversee the implementation phases of 2-3 projectsMentor junior team members and groom for more responsibilityEffectively manage the financials of all engagementsWork with and influence cross-functional teams (Operations areas, IT, PMO) to drive successful day-to-day operations and solution deployments.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of analytics use cases within Energy and Utilities including:o Demand Forecasting
o Predictive Maintenance
o Proactive Equipment Management
o Energy Efficiency Optimization
o Grid Modernization
o Advancing Smart Grid Technologies
o Renewable Energy Integration
o Customer AnalyticsKnowledge of major Data Management, AI, and Business Intelligence technologies (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Google, etc.) Proven ability to develop a strategy and implementation estimatesExperience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project managementExcellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration10+ consulting experience in deploying Analytics and Reporting solutionsStrong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsFlexible living locations in US OR Canada

Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environmentThe estimated base salary for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
