Role description: As a Data Management and Reporting Lead, you will support GSO leaders and Arcadis Tech with their Data Management and reporting needs, ensuring data integrity, developing reporting systems and providing data-driven insights to support decision making processes within GSO. Engage collaboratively with GSO and GSO leadership with a solution focused approach that exceeds expectations and makes the GSO an easy option to engage with.

What You’ll Own: (Core Responsibilities)
Service Delivery: Engage with all Tech departments and their Service lines within Arcadis to identify reporting requirements. Governance, training and support will be provided to other IT colleagues to ensure measurement and reporting conducted accurately and sustainably. Work with existing and potential partners and suppliers to build relationships and ensure the best value is being delivered to Arcadis. Managing the full data lifecycle, including data quality assessment, data integration, data modeling, data cleansing and data transformation. Operational Excellence Design and construct the measurement and reporting toolset to collect relevant data and produce and manage reports and dashboards based on agreed Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Build knowledge and skills in data ingestion, data lakes, system interfaces, web services, etc., to ensure Arcadis is utilizing an effective and efficient measurement and reporting toolset. Develop skills and capabilities in PowerBI and Helix (SQL, Grafana) reporting and dashboarding, ensuring an excellent understanding of current reporting methods. Stakeholder Management Ensure seamless support and enhanced experiences for all staff and customers by delivering services as agreed and documented by Design and Transition/Service Acceptance, in collaboration with both internal and external service providers. Engage with key stakeholders to optimize understanding and utilization of the measurement and reporting toolset. Identify and engage with partners and suppliers who can contribute to increasing Arcadis’ IT Support measurement and reporting maturity. This includes forums, product demos and general awareness of industry standards and development. Other Ad Hoc Tasks: You are expected to help and participate to activities and initiatives by Arcadis.Qualifications & Experience:

Demonstrated experience in successfully participating in the design/delivery of changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment. Demonstrate strong numerical ability & comfortable in manipulating/analyzing data with keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in work style to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands and be able to handle sudden changes in priorities Has a sound level expertise in relevant professional disciplines, such as: IT service and support management Planning & resource management principles Process management MS Office and preferably reporting tools like Power BI Strong understanding with SLAs and KPIsRequired Qualifications:
Has a Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Mathematics or IT, with at least 5 years relevant work experience (qualification in Data/Analytics/Statistics or an understanding of project management principles an advantage) Minimum of 5 years’ hands on experience with relevant service management processes in a multinational engineering, IT, BPO or professional shared services firm. Has previous experience working in a Shared Services Center, willing to work on a 24x7shifting schedules including weekends and holidays. Has excellent analytical and communication skills (written and oral) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels.Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL, SDA, CompTIA+, CAP (Certified Analytics Professional) and other relevant certifications is a plus. This position interfaces with multi-disciplined teams working with and delivering from different countries so an experience working with cultural differences is preferred.Why Arcadis?
