Our Clinical Education team is seeking a summer intern to work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic’s mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities.

Responsibilities: 

Assist with the onboarding and career path development of nursing students and nurse externs as well as entry level applicants who are interested in a health care career.  Support relationships with nursing schools and other educational partners. Manage and update databases related to nursing student rotations (3,000 students annually, including 2,500 pre-licensed and 500 master’s-level students). Prepare regular reports, including turnover metrics for nursing students and other key performance indicators. Support the tracking and reporting requirements for the Federal Department of Labor Grant (5 year grant) including quarterly submission of participant database, narrative overview, and financial metrics. Work with C-level executives on pipeline management and workforce planning for future health care and nursing talent.  Assist with database management, ensuring accurate data input and reporting integration into clinical operations. Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
