The Data Management Intern role will be a key part of CBRE’s Data & Field Research Operations and will combine solid business fundamentals and maintain data that will help generate actionable insights.
**Overview of Position** :
As a **Data Management Intern** , your primary responsibilities will include:
+ To support the data team in conducting user interface requirements gathering for the property database and documentation.
+ To support development and deployment of new property database, working alongside the vendor to ensure the interface requirements are all accounted for in the
+ To support in frontend UI/UX coordination and UAT.
+ To assist in one off data cleansing efforts for raw data errors.
+ To assist in implementing a monitoring system to track data quality systematically, as well as ensuring the implemented processes are adhered to.
+ To drive user adoption of reports and data cleansing related processes

Data Management Intern - Applications
To support Data team in implementing data improvement cycle by liaising with business stakeholders through the improvement of the property database user application interface
Data Management Applications user interface requirements gathering
To complete the documentation of existing property database application.
To assist in documenting new features are requested by the business lines for the new application.
To support in the development and deployment of new property database.
Monitoring of implemented processes to ensure adherence to data policy
Data cleansing, mapping and preparation for visualization (PowerBI) to allow error identification.
Classifying errors into systematic errors vs raw data entry errors
Implement processes to tackle systematic errors as part of overall data cleansing efforts. (PowerApps)
To assist in implementing a monitoring system to track data quality systematically, as well as ensuring the implemented processes are adhered to.
To drive user adoption of reports and data cleansing related processes
**Required Knowledge & Skills:**
· Excellent written and oral skills
· Experience in Full Stack development and Application Life Cycle a plus.
· Experience with all MS office products – Word, Excel, Powerpoint. PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps a big plus
· Willing to work in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple competing priorities.
