Responsibilities The Opportunity The Data Management Operations Analyst will be responsible for collecting, evaluating, and aligning master data process information into MDG, S4 HANA in accordance with Data Governance Policies. The objective of this role is to execute the business processes implemented for material master data maintenance (workflows, screens, data rules). This role is key in ensuring high quality master data records are created and maintained to support business transactions, reporting, & other data requirements in MDG, S4 HANA, and legacy systems. Your Impact As Data Management Operation Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Perform data maintenance in SAP and ensure high quality data per the defined global template rules/standards To support Team Leadership in creation of quantitative and qualitative metrics (must understand the underlying reasons behind each measurement) for the process optimization and successful implementation of the initiatives in the team. Ongoing monitoring and profiling for cleansing and validation of data for Items, material related queries. Constantly evaluating the processes within the team to generate and implement process improvement ideas to bring efficiency within the processes. Applies PepsiCo governance standards to the data objects/data management and problem resolution For simple to medium complexity analytical tasks, able to analyze with some direction and identifying the relationships between those parts of the information. For highly complex analytical tasks, able to do this analysis methodically with some direction. Develop data quality scorecards to provide an effective management tool for monitoring organizational performance with respect to data quality control. Establish infrastructure that supports capture, cleansing, integration and shared use of master and reference data across the enterprise. Implement controls to increase compliance to data standards, completeness, and usage Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computers/ Management Information Systems or related fields preferred At least 1 years of experience in Data Management or Data Analytics System implementation, testing & baseline support experience a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Advanced English proficiency is REQUIRED Experience working with Microsoft Excel - Intermediate proficiency Detail-orientated, thorough with documentation/communication Working knowledge of Business Processes in the Customer Master Data Domain Plus: Technical experience in SAP S4 HANA Competencies required: Detail oriented, thorough with documentation/communication Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
