Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Management Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data Management Specialist, you will use your skill set to manage enrollments in energy efficiency programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains customer confidentiality in accordance with established client policies and procedures. Responsible for daily order processing and enrollment support. Enrollment and unenrollment of connected devices including thermostats, EV Chargers, etc. Coordinate with different departments to ensure all orders are being processed and fulfilled correctly. Maintains current and accurate information in all databases. Assist with weekly and monthly processes such as invoicing. Producing and processing documents to and from the warehouse and office using Microsoft Excel and other applications. Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and address errors. Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems. Other duties as assigned.
