Job Description:

Implement and Supervise the Data

Make quality check of information collected through the World Vision operated phone line to report child recruitment cases in line with CTFMR agreed information collection format including personal details of suspected minor, information on perpetrator, detailed account of recruitment practice and more, and make follow-up on missing information.

Monitor and Report the Data

Report on a weekly basis suspected minor cases to UNICEF flagging cases, which need immediate attention (detention/frontline cases or others) and any special observations related to the caseload.Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative analysis of suspected minor cases reported through the phone line including caseload, geographic location, age, analysis of recruitment pattern, number of frontline and detention cases etc.Ensure quality check of CTFMR agreed reintegration/case management forms and develop a summary sheet that contains compilation and analysis of reintegration forms for monthly reintegration reports.Develop and implement World Vision reporting scheme for Grave Violations committed against Children in Armed Conflict to provide quality information for timely submission to UNICEF.

Documentation

Coordinate follow-up and documentation collection of Joint Verification cases and children in complex situations (detention/frontline) with World Vision field staff to ensure safety of concerned children and to facilitate release.

Capacity Building of the staff

Regular training to phone line operators in cooperation with Project Officer to strengthen information collection and analysis.

Required Professional Experience

1 year working experience preferably in community development

Required Education, training, license, registration and certification

Bachelor degree in any discipline Essential

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

Good knowledge of Child Rights and Child LawGood understanding of children affected by armed conflictDetail oriented, matured, professional and able to maintain confidentiality
