Feel valued for your contribution.Learn more about our team and culture onEcoVadis careers pageIf you have questions about the company or open roles you canChat with an insiderJob DescriptionResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the local Data Management team (Qualification, the launch of assessed customers, and IQ-related tasks)Ensure high quality of the Data delivered and ensure teams adherence to defined processes and best practiceRespond to escalations, data and queries from internal and external customersDaily task allocation, resource planning and coaching of the TeamEnsure that individual, team and company objectives (defined SLA and KPIs) are metTrigger training requirements of team members and make follow-ups to ensure a good level of expertiseBe commendable, lead by example and ensure a positive attitude in the teamActively participate in the recruitment, training, and coaching of newcomers to ensure a smooth integrationParticipate in and promote collaboration on initiatives and projects to improve on existing process and/or develop new processes in-line with EcoVadis innovation strategiesAdditional responsibilities related to the function as and when required.QualificationsDegree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing) or any equivalent qualificationMinimum of 3 years experienceExperience in managing a team or training team membersHigh proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerpointMust be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciatedExperience in data research, data entry or data management will be an advantageRequired skills:Understanding of businesses, processes, and organizational structure, previous project/process management experience is preferredAble to multitask, coordinate and prioritize duties and tasksExcellent organizational and presentation skills, autonomous and self-drivenMust be a people person & aconnector.
