Waltonen Engineering is seeking a Teamcenter/Data Management Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities + Download and manage product data within Teamcenter, including data from GM. + Upload and release design files to Teamcenter. + Assist with data transfers and ensure data integrity. + Responsible for the compilation and assembly of data into finished products. + Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate data management. + Move and position components, add/replace components, and manage drawing uploads. + Maintain and update Teamcenter configurations and settings. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and Teamcenter operations. + Ensure compliance with company data management policies and procedures. + Create and maintain plant structures in the GM Teamcenter database. + Manage standards library and check/correct CAD files to release standards. Qualifications + Proven experience in data management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment. + Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter. + Proficiency in using Teamcenter for data management tasks. + Familiarity with CAD software, especially NX. + Understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) principles. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Willingness to work overtime as dictated by workload. Preferred Qualifications + Experience in Processing, Design, System Layout, or Robotic Simulation is a plus. + Familiarity with BIW (Body-in-White) robotic weld systems and tooling preferred.
