We Champion People. **Responsibilities** + Lead the data warehouse team with dynamic guidance, mentorship, and development strategies to foster a collaborative and thriving environment. + Effectively communicate technical insights and solutions to developers, ensuring clear and productive interactions. Work closely with stakeholders, business users, developers, and IT leadership to meet data needs and support business strategies with seamless communication. + Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines, ensuring data integration processes and quality standards are met. Manage operational support and maintain an on-call schedule, including off-business hours maintenance, to ensure smooth data workflows and address any production issues promptly. + Champion data migration efforts to cloud platforms, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process. Lead initiatives to enhance data governance and quality, driving continuous improvement. + Design and adapt data architecture to align with evolving business requirements and emerging technologies.
