Data Manager - Data Architecture & Analytics Job Overview:  The primary responsibility of the Data Manager – Data Architecture & Analytics, is designing and maintaining our data infrastructure, managing data integrations, and driving analytics initiatives to support business decision-making. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize data pipelines, and implement best practices in data governance. This position will also oversee the development of reporting and analytics solutions that empower stakeholders with actionable insights. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the CIO. Essential Job Functions: + Data Architecture & Management + Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and data warehouses. + Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data efficiently. + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. + Oversee data governance and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + Data Analytics & Reporting + Lead business intelligence (BI) initiatives, including dashboard development and ad hoc reporting. + Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data-driven decision-making. + Utilize analytical tools to generate insights and drive operational efficiencies. + Integration & Automation + Manage data integration across various platforms, including Salesforce and Sage Intacct. + Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for seamless data flow between systems. + Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize API connections and data pipelines. + Leadership & Collaboration + Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, marketing, and IT teams to support data-driven initiatives. + Evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to improve data architecture and analytics capabilities. Qualifications & Skills Required: + 5+ years of experience in data management, data architecture, or analytics. + Advanced SQL skills, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning. + Experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar). + Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration platforms. + Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and Sage Intacct integration. + Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). + Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver data-driven insights. + Strong project management and communication skills. + Pass 7-year criminal background check Preferred: + Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. + Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. + Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices. + Previous leadership experience in a data-driven environment. + Prior experience using Mulesort, Salesforce & Sage Intacct.
