Principal responsibilities:

Implement governance frameworks on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (BDAI), data privacy and information lifecycle management initiatives focusing on policy implementation, regulatory changes, and risk mitigation.Responsible to ensure BDAI governance framework in HASE adhering to both HSBC Group requirements and local regulatory standards, while ensuring the operational efficiency of governance processes.Support AI governance and data risk and controls oversight by hosting governance meetings and preparing risk papers to various risks and control management forums in the Bank.Work closely with 2LoD and Business/ Function teams to ensure AI governance is properly executed and.Provide advice and guidance to Business/ Function teams on AI governance and data control implementation, execution, monitoring and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and the Bank’s internal policy/ procedure.
