Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence and Data Modelling to join our HR Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data models that drive HR insights and support our global team. You will design and develop sophisticated HR dashboards using BI tools mainly Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and global teams to provide actionable data-driven insights that enhance our HR processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Data Visualizations, Analytics, and KPIs within Power BI.Develop and implement comprehensive data models tailored to HR analytics and reporting needs.Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integrity across HR systems.Perform in-depth data analysis to generate meaningful HR insights and reports for stakeholders.Utilize SQL and/or MS Excel to explore and analyse large HR datasets.Collaborate with the global HR analytics team to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all HR data models and pipelines.Continuously optimize and improve HR data models and processes for better performance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a Technical Domain (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on HR analytics preferred.Strong proficiency in Data Modelling, Data pipeline development, Power BI, SQL, and MS Excel.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to HR and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in HR analytics or related fields.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.Experience working with global teams in a collaborative environment.
