As part of the Information Technology & Services team within PGIM Private Capital (PPC), we support PPC with both vendor and internally designed applications, processes, and reporting.  We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a data modeler role on this team. Your Impact:

Owning and championing the design and operation of data models in Microsoft FabricAnalyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data modelsImplementing data strategies and developing data modelsEvaluating, maintaining, and documenting existing data systems for variances and efficienciesReviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibilityPartnering with data engineering to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize data modelsFollowing and suggesting standards and best practices for development

Your Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceRelevant experience in the financial services industryMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience data modeling within Enterprise Data Warehouse (Data Vault 2.0 and data modeling tools like Erwin preferred)Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI/ Tableau is strongly preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills  Ability to stay current with rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
