 Responsibilities:   

Answering customer calls and emails, providing end user support on software, hardware, and network related platforms.
Installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and diagnosing PCs, servers, network hardware, network software, and other peripheral equipment.  Troubleshooting network cabling and other hardware.  Responding efficiently with solutions to malfunctions, while maintaining business continuity. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.  Create, maintain, and constantly look for solutions to improve the user experience.  

ACLD has over 1,300 employees with locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.

  Qualifications:   

Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field; will consider Associate’s Degree in technology related field plus Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other networking certification.  Minimum one (1) year IT experience in computer systems or support.  Knowledge of CISCO, Microsoft Operating Systems and configuration, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.  Knowledge of VM Ware environment and configuration.  Clean, valid NYS driver’s license.
