KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Database
Coordinate with Grant Donor to receive the beneficiaries listWorking and sorting the list according to the sectors/areaEnsure To receive the beneficiaries’ updates and complaints from the data assistant/ teams and working on itSharing the updated list of beneficiaries with Grant DonorMaintain updated backups month wise for all beneficiaries in different operational areas of the projectRegularly check the data and compare with other sources (LMMS, etc)Planning
Check all beneficiary distribution lists and ensure the figures match with the shared distribution plansPut up all beneficiates required plans for monthly distributionsPlanning for any scope cards distributionPrepare the lists of visits and CRMs for Project Team Leaders and follow up on results.Support Project Advisor in DMT monthly reports (CSS,CTMR,RSR, and AT)Support Project Coordinator in the monthly Narrative report, Quarterly, and End of Project ReportUpload the monthly reports on the DGDB before the 18th of each monthCoordination and Collaboration
To co-ordinate and work closely with the Project coordinators/ field distribution teams to ensure beneficiaries distributed are registered and as per planWork closely with Grant Donor/Local authorities to ensure updating and comparing dataFollow up with no-show cases beneficiaries, ascertaining the reasonsFollow up with beneficiaries excluded from the project who are deservingFollow up on removing beneficiaries who do not deserve but are registered in the projectCoordinate with other agencies on verifying cases of beneficiaries’ double dipping/ benefitting from both agencies and follow up casesWeekly report on conducted visits including the data collected from the filed Follow up on complaints shared by donor and provide feedback to Project AdvisorCapacity Building
Participate in capacity development of field team in checking accurately beneficiaries’ dataWork with the Project Manager to provide training for all other Grant project voucher staffOther Roles
Perform any other duties as required by the Project Manager or his/her designeeKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Prospective candidates should have degree in IT/ Information Management/ Statistics/ Accounting or relatedMinimum one year of work experience in Emergency Response in Food Assistance Program Management.Proven planning, teamwork and managerial experience and skillsAt least one-year experience in project management working with international organizationsExperience in Community Mobilization activitiesWork experience with different data base Management experience (especially managing the diverse team of staff/ volunteers)Required
Fluent in English, Ukrainian preferred (speaking and writing) 50% of the time local travelPreferred Experience, Knowledge and/or other Qualifications
Computer aptitude and experience with word processorsGood interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivityAbility to work in a challenging situationAbility to cope and work under pressureWell-organized, self-motivated, solution oriented, independent and ability to work in a teamKnowledge of commodities & logistics operations, specifically those that relate to distributions, handling, reporting, tracking, monitoring etc.Full adherence to World Vision Child Protection, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policiesSelf-disciplined with good time management skillsThe ability to produce clear and well-organized documentsApplicant Types Accepted:
