Data Operation Supervisor

We've pioneered many game-changers in the veterinary medicine, and we're looking to our customers' needs to guide us into the future. **Accountabilities:** + Responsible for master data management (Product, Customer, Identity,..) and variable developed & deployed platforms e.g., WeChat accounts, apps, webpages, to ensure the data quality for integration into the data warehouse. Collect and integrating data from a wide variety of sources + Responsible for data collection, data quality, KPI monitoring. + Provide expertise for the simplifications of data collection & reporting, streamline of the process, drive the consistency across markets. + Provide expertise and operational experience for the team define to data governance and its frameworks. Drive data management structures and meta-data to support consistency of information retrieval. + Provide coaching to external vendors **Requirements** + Bachelor Degree + 3-5 years working experience in Data management / SFE + Excellent knowledge of the capability in scope of "Data Management/ Data Governance" with regards to methods & process, platforms. + Strong experience in demonstrating appropriate balance between business and technical capabilities. + Strong operational background and proven experience in daily operation, project management, documenting requirements, data manipulation, commercial operations and sales performance / KPI (hands on or support function). + Strong communication skill and experience on partnering with global / local stakeholders, cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Legal, Compliance. + Language: Fluency in English is a must. + Strong ownership.
