What you’ll do

Stay current on US business news such as company mergers, acquisitions and corporate structure changes.Review information such as revenues, contacts, assets, address, legal names, employee count, industrial codes, secretary of state, among others.

What experience you need 

High school diploma.Excellent English communication skills B2/C16 months Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) 1 year of back office experience.
