We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Signavio Business Decision Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing Business Decision Models as a low-code solution to efficiently create, manage, and automate complex decision-making processes with minimal coding effort. This role is crucial in accelerating our development cycle, enhancing agility, reducing errors, and ensuring consistency across various operational workflows. Additionally, the role supports our Data Quality Initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Business Decision Models using Signavio to automate and streamline decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that decision models align with business objectives. Design, test, and deploy decision models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable. Monitor and optimize decision models to improve performance and accuracy. Provide training and support to team members on the use of Signavio and decision modeling best practices. Ensure consistency and accuracy in decision-making processes across various operational workflows. Support Data Quality Initiatives by integrating decision models with data quality frameworks and tools. Document decision models, processes, and workflows to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in decision modeling and low-code solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in business decision modeling, preferably with Signavio or similar tools. Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their application in business process automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective decision models. Proficiency in data analysis and data quality management. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other business process management (BPM) tools and platforms. Knowledge of business process modeling notation (BPMN) and decision model and notation (DMN). Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Certification in Signavio or related BPM tools.
