Data Operator - 3rd SHIFT
Job Title: Data OperatorJob Description This individual will be using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel daily. They will be answering a few calls as they come in, but the phone system is easy to learn. This is a 3rd shift position from 11PM to 7AM. The individual will work with monitors in an office-based area, field incoming calls, and direct them to the right departments (e.g., police, ER) or internal employees. They will also be responsible for adding service tickets. The central station is the primary location for incoming calls. Responsibilities + Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel daily. + Answer and field incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or internal employees. + Add service tickets. + Work with monitors in an office-based area. Essential Skills + Customer service + Excel + Microsoft Office + Standard operating procedures (SOP) + Clerical skills + Typing + Outlook + Order entry + Data entry Additional Skills & Qualifications + Dependable and reliable, with a strong attendance record. Work Environment Casual work environment for the 3rd shift from 11PM to 7AM. Employees can dress casually, such as wearing jeans and a shirt. The workplace is UL certified, requiring two people on-site at the same time. Employees will have a four-day workweek once a month. There will be six weeks of training with the manager, after which employees can expect a salary increase. The company provides great benefits upon conversion and conducts annual salary reviews. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
