The Data Partnership Manager is responsible for assisting the Senior Director, Data Quality and Governance with overseeing the onboarding of our Homes.com clients to established feed vendor relationships for CoStar Group’s marketplace businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that is results-driven to manage our Data Partnership team. This role involves providing direct leadership and guidance to a team of data partnership associates and analysts, ensuring the team meets operational goals, delivers high-quality service, and successfully executes partnership integrations. The Data Partnership Manager will oversee team performance, conduct regular check-ins, and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skill set. This individual will also be responsible for workflow optimization, setting team priorities, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external teams. This individual will help spearhead our home builder integrations initiative. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the home building industry and a proven track record of establishing strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for connecting proprietary data feeds and managing the content relationships with home builder clients. This role is critical to ensuring our clients’ data stays current and consumers have access to information to help drive decisions. The manager will ensure that the team operates efficiently, resolves issues promptly, and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve growth targets for the team. Set and monitor data and growth targets for Data Partnerships team through strategic planning and effective execution. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners, showcasing the benefits of integration. Secure data feed agreements for homebuilder listings, focusing on establishing long-term partnerships. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and enhance offerings. Prepare and present reports on partnership activities and progress to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of data feeds from new partners. Provide feedback to the senior management team on challenges, successes, and potential improvements to outreach strategies. Maintain and prioritize a list of prospects, achieving daily outreach and meeting team goals Partner with Homes.com, Feed Operations and Research to identify, acquire and implement new data sets that will add value to all CoStar Group business units **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit university in Business, Marketing or related field preferred Track record of commitment to prior employers Proficient in MS Office tools required  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, preferably within the home builder residential real estate industry Account Management Experience with Property Management Companies and Property Management Software Companies Relevant work experience at a with a home builder, real estate, or real estate technology company and/or familiarity of industry concepts and terminology Management experience, leading a team of 3-5 direct reports **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS** Organized thinker and excellent communicator, verbal and written Able to prioritize effectively, and to balance multiple projects with concurrent deadlines Ability to communicate with business as well as technical teams Strong client management skills Ability to learn and quickly respond to a rapidly changing business environment Have an analytical and problem-solving mindset and approach Self-motivated and eager to learn Experience in the residential real estate industry **WHATS IN IT FOR YOU** Working at CoStar Group means you'll enjoy a culture of collaboration and innovation that attracts the best and brightest across a broad range of disciplines.
