Job Description:
The Engagement Architect will play a crucial role in engaging directly with businesses to gather requirements and act as a key account manager for the platform team within a region. This role involves understanding business needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of platform services.
Job Level Descriptor:
Has moderate to extensive knowledge and experience in pre-sales and technical architecture.Performs a range of assignments, developing towards full accountability for business objectives.Builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project.Typically resolves problems using existing solutions but may also solve complex problems with new perspectives.Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.Can be a Line Manager for Business Operations and T1 roles (up to 3).Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.Act as a key single point of contact for the platform team, ensuring alignment with business needs (outside support requests).Provide technical solutions and architectural guidance to support business objectives.Partner with Product Managers and Platform domain leads on continuous improvement and lifecycle management.Participate in the design of new processes, services, and products for the platform.Liaise with other functional areas within D&A to ensure consistent cross-functional business process design.Provide supervision and guidance to development teams around current product and services design.Support operations in complex and high-impact issues as they arise.Advocate and enforce applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and maintenance of the platform.Assist with platform portfolio lifecycle activities and drive sustainable solutions to maximize the value contribution of D&A to the business.What are we looking for?
