Data Privacy Analyst/Paralegal (Hybrid Schedule)
W2 ONLY Contract Through January 2026 or longer HYBRID SCHEDULE MID LEVEL EXPERIENCE: 3-6 Years Total Description 2-3 days on site per week. Initially in Greenfield, Indiana then transitioning to new downtown Indianapolis location in Q4 2025. Functions, Duties, Tasks: • Review completed privacy review questionnaires and update misnamed and missing fields with appropriate data; · Update privacy documentation and record of processing activities; · Help track, enter tickets, and respond to individual rights requests; · Follow-up with Procurement on status of Data Processing Agreements and update documentation accordingly; · Research privacy compliance tools and their capabilities; · Create a breach log; and · Other privacy and ethics & compliance related assignments that may develop Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications): · BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. · At least 2 years of work experience in a corporate environment with global project responsibilities. · Exceptional organizational skills; process and detail oriented. · Ability to work independently and prioritize projects, working well under pressure to meet specific deadlines. · Impeccable integrity and accountability. · Service oriented. · Technically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems quickly. · Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. · Fluent in English Additional Preferences: • Paralegal certificate a plus. • Experience at a public company. • Experience with corporate data privacy and/or ethics & compliance programs preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
