Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure data privacy compliance and contribute to managing personal data processes in line with GDPR standards. Each day, you will handle Records of Processing, conduct privacy impact assessments, and manage data-related requests to deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing privacy documentation, aligning with relevant staff, and ensuring processes meet regulatory and organizational standards.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Legal and Integrity Function in Poland. You will be mainly accountable for:• Managing Records of Processing (RoP): Review, approve, and ensure RoP records are updated regularly when changes occur in processing activity attributes.• Conducting Risk and Privacy Assessments: Perform Risk Assessments and Data Privacy Impact Assessments as needed to ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.• Preparing and Managing Privacy Documentation: Draft Privacy Notices and Consent for data processing, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal requirements.• Handling Data Requests: Manage inbound requests related to personal data, initiating workflows, documenting actions, and ensuring timely, high-quality resolution to provide a best-in-class client experience.
Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in legal and data privacy processes, with a strong understanding of the privacy regulation around the world, and enjoy contributing expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support ongoing operations or improve processes for managing incoming requests and RoP records.You have 1 year of experience working in a global organization, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations.You possess a bachelor’s degree in Law and have a legal background, with experience in data privacy and associated risk assessments being a significant advantage.You are at ease communicating in English at a professional level, with additional European language skills being an asset.You are captivated by delivering a best-in-class customer experience and have strong communication skills, excelling in multi-cultural and multi-national environments.You are recognized for your high level of personal integrity and your ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with care and discretion.
