What you do

- Manage and respond to data subject requests regarding their rights under data protection laws, such as access, rectification, and erasure of personal data.
- Coordinate the reporting of Personal Data Breaches, ensuring timely reporting to authorities and affected individuals.
- Describe, assess and record processing activities via Privacy Impact Assessments in OneTrust, while also performing annual reviews. 
- Provide training and guidance to employees on data protection best practices and compliance requirements.
- Act as the liaison between business functions and AZ Trade Group to ensure that any updates or new requests within the Data Privacy Framework are implemented at the local level.
- Consolidates the local IT budget, based on local needs and upcoming projects, and operational requirements.
- Support local business in the demand of HW products and their delivery
- Ensure processes and interactions are efficient between the local and global levels.
- Follow up local incidents’ response and validate their resolution with local users.
- Ensure smooth implementation of digital workplace projects including change management.
 

What you bring

Functional / Technical knowledge
* Proven experience as a Data Privacy Professional or similar role, with a strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations.
* Knowledge of OneTrust would be a plus
* Broad understanding of digital services and tools (e.g., service desks).
* Proficiency in using office suite software, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, and document sharing platforms like SharePoint
* Language: Excellent English level required
Business expertise: 
* Business knowledge in insurance / credit  insurance / Operations is preferable
* 1-2 years experience as a Data Privacy Professional
* Experience working with project teams and stakeholders
Interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including management teams, global teams, and vendors
* Ability to present data in a clear and actionable format to support decision-making
* Focus on delivering high-quality service and addressing concerns promptly
* Ability to react swiftly to changes and adjust strategies and actions
